Purchased courses grant access to digital educational content within the app. Access is provided according to the course terms defined by Kaka Classes.

Course access may be revoked if misuse or unauthorized sharing is detected.

3. Payments
All payments within the app are processed through Razorpay. Prices for courses are displayed within the app and may change from time to time.
All payments are final unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property
All course materials including videos, notes, graphics, and content are the intellectual property of Kaka Classes.
Users may not:
Download
Redistribute
Record
Share course videos
without permission.

5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
Share login credentials
Attempt to reverse engineer the app
Distribute course content illegally
Interfere with app functionality

6. Termination
Kaka Classes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
Kaka Classes shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or its content.

8. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
